Why is a family allowed to throw 3 balls around between 4 people taking over the entire large pool deep end? My daughter was hit twice. No lifeguard stopped this family. We will not be coming here anymore, unfortunately.
It is an older facility, but very clean. The weight room is small, but has all the important Basics making any workout possible with only minor adaptations. The locker rooms are very basic but more than adequate. And, the staff is friendly.
If I could get 0 stars I would. This is the worst place in America! The lifeguards there are ridiculous, yelling at kids and won’t even let them swim under water or even let you play with your kids. It’s also very small. And don’t forget no pics and if they catch you they demand to see your phone to ensure no one else is in the picture. They also treat you like sheep….. count you and your family every 30 seconds. Worst experience ever! Will never go back and will be calling corporate.
This swimming pool has everything! It’s so fun and ever since me and my daughter went here, We have bought and kept our ymca membership! My daughter and her friend had a blast! Totally recommend :)
The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. The kind of people that go here is both well off and poor. Because of this my daughters towel was stolen and my Ed Harding socks. We had them in a locker, no lock but didn't think someone would take those items. But I was wrong. Also me and my family spent hours here and no one got out of the pool to use the restroom except us. They must have been using the pool instead of the toilet. It was weird to say the least.
Nice pool, but it's gets really warm in the other pool, so warm that it makes me feel sick. Everything else is nice.

Gym equipment is OK but limited due to small space. Ellipticals are terrible - not Precor brand 😞 …
My daughter and i are here at least 3-4 times a week and we love it. Slide is fun and waves make this a bit unique here in the springs.
I take my family to the pool there, and they absolutely love it! They have a wave pool, whirl pool, lazy river, and water slide. It's great for all ages and very kid friendly. The wave pool is gradually deeper like the ocean, the further you go in the deeper it gets but it's stays pretty shallow for a while. They have live jacks for toddlers and kids you can use for free.
Came in bought two day passes thinking there was an actual pool was there for five minutes didn’t swim ask for a refund because I thought there was an actual pool. Then told to call the association office because they can’t give refunds there. All that is understandable but what isn’t is the fact the lady behind the desk was being just down right rude about it. Said her name was Jennifer. It’s June 28 Wednesday at 5pm. She had blonde hair and was tall. All the other staff were very professional and polite.
